Mr. Shridhar Sanglikar (Founder) is a Mech. Engineer. After completion of Mech. Engineering, he worked for 2 years with Air-conditioning equipment-manufacturing company and was subsequently associated with leading consulting firm for 10 years. During the period Mr. Sanglikar completed various projects across the country and gather practical knowledge of various MEP services. After sufficient knowledge and experience with various MEP services, Mr. Sanglikar formed above organization in year 1999.
Consultants normally provide only single line drawings. But for the benefit of the Client, Architect, and other services M/s. Apurva Service Consultants started preparing detailed drawings at the initial stage of each project so that:
i) Architect is able to make correct provisions for MEP Services.
ii) Tender can be finalized faster and at a proper time.
iii) Cost of the project can be controlled.

2. Preparation of preliminary drawings for Architect's /Client's approval. Giving required details of A.C. Plant room details, duct sizes; duct lay out, electrical details, etc.
3. Preparation of bill of quantity required for the projects as per the approved drawings.
4. Forwarding the estimates of costs.
5. Preparation of Heat Load estimation and system design.
6. Preparation of working drawings and detailed specifications for the complete air-conditioning system, and obtaining the approval of the Architect / Client.
7. Co-coordinating overall designing, drawings, with other services like structure, sanitary, and electrical work etc.
8. Preparation of detailed bill of quantities.
9. Working out detailed estimated cost.
10. Preparation of tender drawings and tender document. Releasing the same to the various contractors.
11. Providing necessary assistance to the Client in Scrutinizing, checking, & commenting on the tenders, after receipt of the same from the contractors.
12. Providing assistance to the Client if required in negotiating with contractors.
13. Periodical visits to the site during execution to monitor the progress of the work, quality of work.

2. Preparing detailed single line diagrams in accordance with above design, showing all the ratings of equipment and components and cable sizes used in entire power as well as assumed lighting systems.
